Corporate Systems Associates, Inc. uses a small number of third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to help us operate the eFileIQ Service. Each is contractually bound to use Customer Data only to provide its service to us. This page is the current list, updated as our vendors change. It is consistent with the sub-processor disclosure in our Privacy Policy.

| Anthropic PBC | AI-based extraction of CPSC fields from uploaded lab test reports, citation classification, disclaim classification, and the in-app compliance assistant. Portions of Customer Data are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic does not use Customer Data submitted through its API to train its models. | United States |
| Mailgun | Inbound email intake, used only when your company enables the email-upload feature to receive laboratory test reports at a tenant-specific inbound address. Message contents transit Mailgun on their way to eFileIQ's ingest pipeline. | United States |
Not sub-processors. Data is also transmitted to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (via the CPSC Product Registry) and to any customs broker or downstream recipient your company designates. These transfers happen at your direction, to recipients you choose, and are not eFileIQ sub-processors.
